Warm Mustard Potato Salad |

Ingredients |
 |
 | 2 lbs small red potatoes |
 | 1 cup mayonnaise |
 | 1/4 cup Dijon mustard |
 | 1/2 cup chopped red onion |
 | 2 green onions with tops, sliced |
 | 2 garlic cloves, minced |
 | 3 tbsp snipped fresh dill or tbsp
dill weed |
 | 1/2 tsp salt |
 | 1/2 tsp pepper |
 | 1/4 tsp lime juice

Boil potatoes until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
Combine the remaining ingredients. Cut potatoes into chunks and place
in a bowl. Add the mustard mixture and toss to coat. Serve warm.
Yield: 8-10 servings
