Peel potatoes, cut into slices. Drop potatoes into boiling water; boil
for 5 minutes or until barely tender. Drain. Put olive oil and
butter in large pan; medium / medium high heat. Toss, turn frequently
until potatoes are brown.
When potatoes are brown, toss with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Continue sautéing until potatoes are as brown as you wish. Serve with
eggs, pork chops, chicken, steak or fish.
