New Potato Summer Salad
Ingredients
bullet3 lb new potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
bullet1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
bullet1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
bullet1/4 cup Real Bacon Bits
bullet1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
bullet1/4 cup Italian dressing
bullet1/4 cup Miracle Whip dressing
bullet2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 min. or until tender.  Drain.  Toss potatoes, onion, tomatoes, bacon bits and basil in large bowl.  Mix remaining ingredients.  Pour over potato mixture; toss lightly.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

 

Yields: 12 servings
