Ingredients |

 | 4 med potatoes, peeled & sliced |
 | 2 tomatoes, diced |
 | 1/2 cup Provolone, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese |
 | 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
 | 1/2 tsp oregano |
 | 1 large onion, thinly sliced |
 | 2 tbsp butter or margarine |
 | Salt & pepper to taste

Coat casserole dish with butter. Layer potatoes, onions, cheese,
tomatoes, oregano, salt & pepper; repeat. Sprinkle top with Parmesan
cheese. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 400°
for 50 minutes or until done.
