Grilled Potato Planks
Ingredients
bullet3 large unpeeled potatoes, cut into 1/2" slices, lengthwise
bullet3 tbsp. olive oil
bullet1 clove garlic, minced
bullet2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
bullet1 tsp. salt
bullet1 tsp. ground black pepper

Preheat grill.  Combine the oil, garlic, rosemary, pepper and half of the salt.  Add the potato slices, turn until well coated. 

Grill potatoes for 8 minutes or until soft.  Turn and continue grilling 10 minutes longer or until cooked through.

 

Serves 4
