Preheat grill to medium high heat. Pierce potatoes with fork. Rub with oil; sprinkle with salt. Place potatoes on microwavable plate. Microwave on high for 8 minutes or until tender, turning after 4 minutes. Place potatoes on greased grate of grill. Cook 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and browned, turning occasionally. Split potatoes. Serve topped with remaining ingredients. To reduce calories; substitute sour cream for light or fat free and shredded cheese for reduce fat. You can wrap potatoes individually in foil and grill 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Potatoes will be less crispy than when grilled without the foil.
